Optimizely has been named a leader in the Q4 2024 Forrester Wave report for Experience Optimization Solutions, ranking highest in both the Strategy and Current Offering categories.

The independent research firm highlighted Optimizely's vision of providing a unified platform through Optimizely One, which gives the company a competitive advantage in helping customers plan, create, and optimise experiences from start to finish. This year marks a continuation of industry recognition for Optimizely. In 2024, the company was also named a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for both Digital Experience Platforms and Content Marketing Platforms.

Rupali Jain, Optimizely's Chief Product Officer, commented, "Optimizely's heritage of experimentation and personalisation, and the success our customers see with these solutions, fuels our enthusiasm for ongoing innovation in experience optimisation (EO), and we believe this recognition from Forrester affirms our success in building a marketing operating system that truly delivers."

She further noted the company's emphasis on customer feedback, stating, "We've heard from our customers that they love the ability to quickly iterate and drive ROI with improved AI integrations, edge delivery and an enhanced data platform—which all allow them to quickly deliver personalised digital experiences that make an impact with customers."

The Forrester report also highlighted Optimizely's focus on innovation, especially its investment in developing advanced generative AI features for creating variations of experiences. The platform's suitability for marketing and business leaders and product teams aiming to achieve rapid experience optimisation results was also recognised. It was noted that users could scale their EO activities using generative AI and data beyond mere behavioural insights.

Optimizely has recently enhanced its experience optimisation offerings by introducing features such as Experiment Collaboration, which provides teams with a unified workspace to improve testing processes. The company also introduced the Optimizely Personalization offering and acquired NetSpring, a warehouse-native analytics platform, to bolster its capabilities in experience optimisation.

These developments aim to give marketers the tools to target, test, convert, and analyse, fostering stronger customer connections. These recent advancements underscore Optimizely's continued commitment to providing effective solutions for digital marketing professionals.

Forrester's acknowledgement of Optimizely adds to a series of accolades the company has received throughout 2024. This sustained recognition underscores Optimizely's ongoing commitment to equipping marketers with tools for effective experience optimisation.
