RingCentral leads in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications for ninth year

This announcement marks the ninth consecutive year that RingCentral has been named in the Leaders quadrant.

Complimenting the Magic Quadrant report, the 2023 Gartner Critical Capabilities for UCaaS report reveals that RingCentral ranks first in three out of six product or service use case categories - UC with Integrated Contact Centre Use Case, Midsize Enterprise Use Case and Telephony Centric/Heavy Organisations Use Case.
