Rivery expands UK partnerships to boost GenAI-powered data apps

Yesterday

Rivery, a data integration platform, has announced the expansion of its UK partnership program aimed at enabling companies to build GenAI-powered and complex data applications.

This announcement, made at Big Data London, coincides with the introduction of Rivery Copilot, a data pipeline building engine currently in private preview.

The expansion involves growing partnerships with UK technology vendors and data analytics consulting firms. The goal is to aid end users in managing data from hundreds of sources more effectively and at a lower total cost of ownership compared to traditional ETL tools. Partner certifications and workshops are being introduced to support UK partners, enabling them to help end users execute complex data integration tasks and migrate databases to the cloud swiftly and reliably.

Sivan Peer, Head of EMEA Partnerships at Rivery, noted the importance of these partnerships. "Rivery accelerates connections to data sources that power GenAI apps and data analytics, along with fast database migration to the cloud. With the UK partner program expanding, customers gain trusted advisors for highly business-specific use cases that enable end users to capitalize on their tech investments and their staff," he said.

One of the key features of Rivery's new initiative is Rivery Copilot, which aims to allow data engineers to set up data pipelines 30 times faster than conventional methods. By using AI-generated data ingestion templates, this technology facilitates rapid construction of reliable data pipelines, even when standard connectors are unavailable. Peer emphasised the benefits of this tool, highlighting its ability to simplify configurations without the need to sift through extensive API documentation.

Rivery Copilot also allows data teams, regardless of skill level, to quickly ingest data for analytics and AI uses, easing the workload on data engineers. The one-stop functionality enables the building and monitoring of all data pipelines using a single platform, eliminating the need for multiple tools.

Rivery Co-founder and CEO Itamar Ben Hemo commented on the challenges faced by data engineers. "Despite efficiencies gained from AI-based tools, data engineers are struggling to create and maintain more data pipelines connected to more sources. Rivery Copilot makes it easy for them to create connections to custom data sources so they can focus on higher-level responsibilities, such as ensuring data quality and creating scalable architectures that can accommodate AI applications," he said.

Organisations today face the task of maximising the data generated by various SaaS tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Analytics. Rivery Copilot's capabilities respond to this demand by providing faster and more efficient data pipeline creation. This will be particularly useful for companies aiming to enhance their data analytics and AI-driven projects.

In addition to hands-on demonstrations of Rivery's Copilot, Rivery VP Solutions Engineer Taylor McGrath will be presenting a session at Big Data London. McGrath's presentation will cover how AI can assist data engineers in securely integrating data from hundreds of sources. This session will take place in the Data Engineering Theatre.

Rivery's move reflects a broader trend in the industry as companies increasingly seek innovative ways to handle the burgeoning amount of data they generate. The focus on accelerating data pipeline creation and reducing complexities in data integration aims to empower organizations to leverage their data more effectively for various applications, including those powered by AI.
