Sprinklr has launched a beta version of its Marketing AI Agents, a system of six specialised agents for marketing teams.

The launch expands Sprinklr's use of artificial intelligence across its marketing software as companies face pressure to produce more campaigns across more channels with limited staffing and tighter approval processes.

The beta covers ideation, creative work, campaign execution, compliance, community engagement and budget optimisation. The agents can be used individually for specific tasks or together across the wider marketing process.

The tools are intended to help teams respond more quickly to shifts in customer conversations and market trends, while leaving decisions on strategy, approvals and brand direction with human staff.

Marketing teams are being asked to manage more products, markets, languages and content formats without matching growth in budgets or headcount. At the same time, campaign development often moves through several stages, including planning, creative production, localisation, channel setup, governance checks and formal approvals.

Sprinklr's Ideation Agent is designed to draw on performance, listening, audience, competitive and web signals to suggest campaign ideas and changes to planned content. Its Creative Agent focuses on editing, localising and testing approved assets, while the Campaign Execution Agent converts media briefs into campaigns, audiences and creative across channels.

The Compliance Agent checks material against brand standards, internal policies, regulatory requirements and channel rules before launch. The Community Agent is intended to help brands identify relevant conversations and respond at scale, while the Budget Optimization Agent recommends how spending should be allocated before and during campaigns.

Karthik Suri, Chief Product & Corporate Strategy Officer at Sprinklr, said the launch builds on the company's wider effort to link customer and market data with workflow and automation tools.

"Sprinklr was built to unify customer and market data across channels. Marketing AI Agents are the next evolution of that foundation," said Karthik Suri, Chief Product & Corporate Strategy Officer at Sprinklr.

"By connecting paid, owned and earned data with emerging signals like AI discovery, creator insights, conversations and customer feedback, we can help marketers do more than understand what's happening. We can help them turn that intelligence into effective marketing at global scale. That's part of a broader evolution of Sprinklr: bringing together data, intelligence, workflows and AI agents so enterprises can move from understanding the customer to taking the right action faster," Suri said.

Broader rollout

Alongside the marketing agents, Sprinklr disclosed a wider set of artificial intelligence tools across its platform. These include Agent Architects, intended to let businesses design, test, deploy and govern their own AI agents.

Sprinklr also introduced Voice AI Agents for spoken interactions, with features including turn-taking, interruption handling, rapid responses and noise filtering. Other additions include analysis tools for video and audio feedback, advanced AI reasoning, visibility in AI-generated discovery experiences and support for newer channels such as ChatGPT Advertising.

These additions suggest Sprinklr is trying to broaden its role beyond social media and marketing workflows into a wider set of customer experience functions. The company has positioned its platform around unified customer experience management, spanning social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback and contact centre operations.

Sprinklr said more than 1,600 enterprises use its software, including Microsoft, P&G and Samsung. It added that 59% of the Fortune 100 are among its customers.

The beta launch reflects a broader push across the software industry to package AI tools as specialised agents that can complete discrete tasks within business processes. In marketing, that trend has focused on shortening the time between identifying a trend and launching a campaign while maintaining audit trails, policy checks and approval controls.

For large organisations, governance remains one of the main barriers to introducing generative AI into campaign production. Brand rules, legal review, regional localisation and media planning often sit in separate systems and teams, which can slow execution even when customer signals change quickly.

Sprinklr is trying to address that problem by linking recommendations and execution with compliance checks in a single workflow. Whether large marketing teams adopt that model at scale is likely to depend on how well the tools integrate with existing approval structures and channel planning systems.

The Marketing AI Agents beta is now open to customers.
