Westcon-Comstor becomes first distributor to deliver Zscaler services in EMEA
Westcon-Comstor, a global technology provider and specialist distributor, announced on 13th December, 2023, that it is now the first distributor authorised to deliver Zscaler professional services after signing a new agreement with Zscaler, Inc., a leading cloud security vendor. This EMEA-wide partnership is designed to stimulate the adoption of Zscaler's zero trust portfolio and create new growth opportunities for partners.
As part of the agreement, Westcon-Comstor will provide tailored packages based on Zscaler services to their partners and their customers to enable seamless and efficient deployment of the vendor's world-class zero trust portfolio. The portfolio comprises Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX). Moreover, Westcon's solution focuses on delivering a simplified experience to both its partners and end-users.
By bringing together the diverse offerings of Zscaler, both Westcon-Comstor and Zscaler anticipate the delivery of benefits such as safe, swift internet and SaaS access, as well as optimised productivity to a wider audience.
The agreement is expected to extend across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). It is structured to guarantee that Westcon partners in the EMEA region can exploit new revenue opportunities by addressing end-user demand for Zscaler services.
Martin Flensburg, VP, Business Operations, Global Supply Chain Solutions and Services at Westcon-Comstor, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We're excited to become the first distributor to achieve Zscaler authorised services partner status. This agreement exemplifies how we are adding value to the channel and specifically to our partners through innovative collaborations, ultimately bringing enhanced security and efficiency to end-user businesses while enabling partners to maintain strong relationships with their customers."
Equally excited about the partnership, Phanneth Wood, VP Global Distribution at Zscaler, shared, "This collaboration allows us to tap into the growing demand for Zscaler services in the EMEA region and unlock new revenue opportunities for our partners."
