Cegid earns 'Strong Performer' title in Forrester report

A global report from Forrester has acknowledged Cegid as "A Strong Performer" in the Point-Of-Service Solutions category.

The Forrester Wave: Point-Of-Service Solutions, Q4 2024 report identifies leading providers of point-of-service solutions, including those handling transaction management, omnichannel services, and customer relationship management. Cegid has received recognition for its offerings in these areas.

Forrester's evaluation process involved comprehensive interviews with the customers of the evaluated providers, demonstrations of the solutions, and detailed questionnaires. Providers were assessed based on the strengths of their strategies and the solidity of their offerings.

Cegid earned the highest scores in several criteria. It excelled in Globalisation and Localisation, showing its capability to support customers in 70 countries, meet diverse local requirements, and maintain a cohesive global platform.

Regarding Security and Privacy, Cegid demonstrated robust measures for managing customer data securely and effectively protecting against cyber threats.

Cegid also scored highly for Innovation, integrating artificial intelligence to enhance and optimise the user experience continuously.

The Partner Ecosystem was another area of strength for Cegid. It highlighted its extensive network of solution partners, integrators, and resellers, which facilitate the efficient international deployment and management of its solutions.

Lastly, the Adoption criterion reflected the high uptake of Cegid's solutions, indicating their validity and effectiveness in the market.

The Cegid Retail offer focuses on the specialised retail market, including sectors such as luxury, fashion, and cosmetics. The report recognises this, reflecting Cegid's commitment to supporting its customers through innovative solutions that enhance their digital transformation efforts.
