Netos & Nebula launch global FinOps push for networks
Netos has named Nebula Global Services as its first global services partner as it looks to expand deployment of its FinOps platform for IT networks through channel partners.
The agreement connects Netos' network spend management software with Nebula's delivery teams across multiple regions. Both companies are targeting system integrators, managed service providers, and value-added resellers that manage connectivity estates for enterprise customers.
FinOps emerged as a discipline for tracking and managing cloud spend. Suppliers and service firms are now applying similar approaches to corporate networks, where organisations face complex vendor contracts, distributed infrastructure, and high volumes of recurring charges.
Netos positions its product as a FinOps system for networks rather than cloud. The platform focuses on consumption visibility, spend optimisation, and governance practices that mirror cloud cost-management methods.
Nebula, which provides technology services across a range of markets, will act as Netos' primary services provider. The partnership covers deployments in EMEA, North America, APAC, and Latin America.
Channel delivery
The deal supports Netos' channel go-to-market approach. Nebula will provide onboarding and integration, optimisation consulting, and ongoing managed services for customers using the Netos platform.
The services model centres on a global pool of certified engineers, project managers, and technology specialists. It is designed to give channel partners a consistent delivery option for multinational customers, including organisations with network estates spanning multiple carriers and service providers.
Netos and Nebula expect the partnership to streamline partner onboarding and shorten implementation timelines. They also point to the need for consistent delivery across geographies, which remains a challenge for many network transformation and cost-management programmes.
In practical terms, the companies are pitching a framework that treats connectivity spend as a managed financial category. It includes visibility into network infrastructure costs and reporting aligned with internal governance requirements.
Spend visibility
Netos outlined several targeted outcomes for enterprise customers, including end-to-end cost transparency across network infrastructure and identification of wasteful or redundant spend.
The offer also aims to optimise service usage, contract structures, and vendor performance. It includes governance and reporting via real-time dashboards, plus integration of financial and operational data from existing IT service management and technical systems.
These focus areas reflect broader changes in network operations. Many enterprises now manage connectivity through a mix of legacy circuits, SD-WAN overlays, cloud connectivity services, and subscription-based security functions. Commercial structures often vary by geography and provider, complicating both budgeting and accountability.
Service providers and consultants increasingly argue that cloud cost discipline should extend to other parts of IT, including networks. This shift has created a market for tools and services that map technical usage to invoices and contracts, then translate it into governance and decision-making.
Ross Teague, Chief Executive Officer of Nebula Global Services, said: "We are delighted to be selected as the first global services partner for Netos. Their FinOps for IT Networks solution fills a critical gap in the technology channel market, giving enterprises the financial visibility and optimisation capabilities they've long been missing. By combining Netos' innovative platform with Nebula's global delivery engine, we can help organisations reduce cost, improve network performance, and transform the way they manage their connectivity environments."
Partnership scope
The agreement makes Nebula Netos' primary global services provider. It is intended to support channel partners that sell and implement Netos in different regions, with Nebula delivering the related project work.
The model also emphasises repeatable implementation. Channel partners often rely on in-house teams or local subcontractors for integration and change management, which can slow roll-outs and make quality assurance harder for global customers.
Richard Foster, CEO of Netos, said: "Choosing Nebula Global Services as our UK and International services partner was an easy decision. Their reach, capability, and reputation for delivering exceptional customer outcomes make them the ideal partner as we scale internationally. This partnership enables us to accelerate deployments for our customers worldwide and reinforces our commitment to bringing FinOps discipline to the world of IT networking."
Nebula will support deployments across EMEA, North America, APAC, and Latin America for system integrators, MSPs, and VARs working with enterprise network and connectivity environments.
