Gamma launches Edge programme to drive partner growth in UK
Gamma has unveiled Gamma Edge, a channel initiative aiming to support its partners' growth with data-driven insights, streamlined commercial mechanisms and a suite of technology solutions.
Gamma Edge is designed as a structured programme that incorporates strategic planning, rewards, and product capabilities under a unified framework. The move follows a period of consultation with partners and sector review within Gamma's UK operations.
Gamma Business Managing Director, Will Morey, commented on the motivation behind the programme.
"Gamma Edge is a shared commitment to growth. We've listened carefully to our partners, what they're up against, what they value, and what they want from us. This is our response, not just another promotion or a set of incentives, but a structured, strategic programme that helps partners grow with Gamma."
The programme is built around five central components that aim to support partners operating in the business voice, connectivity and collaboration market.
Firstly, the Partner Pulse element enables the co-creation of business plans grounded in actionable data. This is intended to give partners direction based on market intelligence and their own performance trends.
The Velocity feature introduces a rebate mechanism designed to reward growth extending across several of Gamma's product lines. This approach is set to offer incentives aligned with both volume and breadth of engagement in Gamma's portfolio.
Elements grants partners access to Gamma's range of unified communications as a service (UCaaS), connectivity and mobile products. Under the Boost offering, partners can access commercial programmes such as inclusive minutes and bundled security services to help them compete and drive profitability.
The Migrate component focuses on the transition of legacy systems to platforms that are equipped for future technology developments, with additional tools and support to ease the process.
Collectively, these pillars are targeted at enabling partners to increase margins, lessen commercial and operational complexity, and position themselves confidently in increasingly competitive technology markets.
Gamma has described the Edge programme as part of its focus on partnership and long-term mutual growth with the businesses in its channel network. Chris Wade, Chief Marketing & Product Officer, stated:
"We're proud of the relationships we've built over the years. But Gamma Edge is about what comes next for partners. It's about growing together, not just through new products, but through shared planning, shared success, and a long-term commitment to delivering what partners truly need."
According to the company, Gamma Edge is rolling out immediately and the business will work with partners to implement tailored growth plans. An ongoing series of briefings and engagement sessions are scheduled across the UK market, where Gamma will introduce the programme to its partner base.
Gamma's current model in the UK involves working with more than 1,500 channel partners, focused on providing unified communications, voice, connectivity, mobile, and security solutions to business and public sector customers. The launch of Gamma Edge comes after a year of partner feedback and a review of Gamma's commercial approach.
The company's strategy includes further integration with its partner network, particularly in the UK and Germany, where Gamma maintains significant presence through both direct and indirect channels. Gamma states that the Edge initiative aligns with its overarching goal to facilitate better connectivity and collaboration for businesses across its core European markets.
